hahahahh blog wilding is great! that totally is what we did on curbed that day.
we got our water bottle deliveries today. and the giant 5 gallon jugs are now made of the FLIMSIEST plastic ever, i wasnt expecting that and nearly spilled it all over myself changing the water bottles :-/

Jackal, we don’t agree on much, but I’m sure we’d agree on PHP. I’m a real softie of a dad, and a long time sloper, but I really need to go to a blog to read how nice it is to spend time with your kids or how to strategize for a stoop sale? And no comments?

Donald, definitely thumbs up. When you’re making what’s most likely on of your biggest purchases in life, it doesn’t hurt to see as much info about it as possible.
We bash slimey brokers on here all the time and anything that forces them to be less slimey will only be to the prospective buyer’s advantage.
