how can someone hate a stoop sale? ugh. that’s where like 99 percent of everything i own comes from! well maybe not that much, but definitely a lot. plus they are a great way to get to know your neighbors. i was thinking about putting up a sign in my building for everyone to sign up and all have a big stoop sale in the bank parking lot on 5th ave and 1st street. do you think the bank would care?
probably not. i see people getting blow jobs in that parking lot all the time, and they let people drink on the wall.

because I want my broker to sell the product as unique. Not list some stats like it is some stock or product with bunch of quantifiable data to eyeball and compare to like product. If someone wants to search all that data , fine. Or even ask….but 1st thing they see should not be some chart.
And I was so hoping to get ‘100’ over THERE. It was my goal du jour.
