Biff, those empty lots by CGar are 50% cheaper so we can buy 2 lots and build a big pool with the big water slide, etc.

Not only that. Did you notice how Edy’s actually made the size of the tub noticeably smaller around two years ago? I used to be able to get two tubs of Baskin Robbins ice cream on the UES for $6. That was a great deal.
