So I was just at the Amish market on 45th street and they were out of Buratta Mozzarella. I was talking to the guy about why they haven’t had it the last two times I was there and this guy steps in and says he has a restaurant around the corner and he has some buratta.
He told me to come over and I could have some, so I did. he gave me two giant lumps and wouldn’t accept any money for them,
Either way CGar, rob cannot afford a defense attorney. the owner of the eaten dog will only see it one way and of course, lawyers being lawyers, anyone he consults will tell him yes, he has a case, whether he does or doesn’t!!!!!
If the dog somehow got INTO *rob*’s apartment and became dessert because the dog’s owner let it off its leash, then it’s the owner’s fault, not *rob*’s.
But if *rob* is walking through the lobby, even if his dog is leashed and the other dog isn’t, then *rob* is right that his pitbull will still likely be blamed.
Perhaps, dh, but you can’t get a public defender for a civil suit. rob will be in trouble no matter what. this yappy little thing may certainly provoke rob’s dog and it won’t be rob’s fault but the reality is……
well i wouldnt let the dog get INTO my apartment… im talking about something happening in the lobby, like if me or the dog walk walks out just as this guys dog runs toward us and startles my dog and then something happens. yeah my dog will be on a leash, but whenever it’s pitbull vs. any other kind of dog, it’s usually the pitbull who winds up getting the blame.. isnt it?
I read somewhere that Microsoft will (has?) release(d) its latest office suite online for FREE with ads.
My daughter was complaining that the docs she created via openoffice didn’t work at school. I think it was because she didn’t save them in the right format. We bought the student version of office, which has everything we needed, for around $100–it goes on sale from time to time. If you find it now, it will be updated for free I think.
I hate the version of Word that was in the package but the price was right. Not sure what’s missing in the package.
DIBS, CGar will cover him for FREE FREE FREE

Yeah, rob. Talk to the guy – pre-empt the problems.
