Carvels are endangered. There are places that sell generic Carvel cakes but actually Carvels are rare. I had to hunt doen a cookie puss once for hubby’s b-day– closest one was in Kensington
Baskin Robbin’s soft serve vanilla is the perfect treat after getting off of a hot, sweaty, overcrowded, un-airconditioned subway train. Their presence at Atlantic and 4th has saved my sanity many times.

that glass monstrosity building on the street over tho is actually starting to grow on me, but again the rooms are tiny tiny tiny and people in there have to put shades on their floor for any privacy. in some units bathrooms abut the street level, full glass view of the bathroom. who the hell wants to have people walking by looking at you while youre taking a dump!?
