instability means unstable not down.
volatility means up and down not down.
But the ‘experts’ use these terms cuz they don’t want to say the truth, which is, the markets took a fucking bath!
47 dean is new bldg under construct near Boerum place,,,look like all with have outdoor space. Halstead I think will be one brokering it.

Mopar – Found a couple of things – so much easier & more fun to put in new stuff instead of doing boring maintenance…

Snappy, the date WAS June 1 but owing to a little glitch with our expert plasterer (not me, an actual expert) it’s going to take longer. All I can say is I’ve been so unbelievably lucky and am so thankful to still be employed while we don’t yet have a renter.
