I’d have to do a comparison of moves in interest rates as they were a lot more problematic back then. If you’re talking about the market rolling over all through 77 and into Mar 78, there are too many differences between now and then.
I walked by 270 Park today (JPM) and they have the whole sidewalk blocked off, just like the NYSE! I guess they don’t want any more stinking protesters in the lobby.
