how long is new roof supposed to last? what is guarantee?

The other day, I was texting a friend and I typed in a word and didn’t think I spelled it right so I went and looked it up.
The word was ‘resent’ – I typed it and thought it didnt’ look right. but HA! I did spell it right.

Dave, I haven’t found the figure for you, but I think your estimate is less than what I paid. I want to say $7,500 for the rubber roof, and $1,500 for 3 new skylights.
