Dave, he has no savings account, and a checking account at that bank branch on his corner, which, until they recently told him they were going to start charging him monthly fees, had only $3.00 in it, but I think he recently deposited $100. That said, I’m guessing no interest earned on his $3.00 in 2009 so probably no 1099.
(What can I say? I ready the OT and have a good memory.)
