“He told me months ago that he did have a house in LI but was renting an apartment in Brooklyn but to please not let his staff know for some reason. I thought the whole thing was weird..who cares, I just wanted to order a kitchen. I wouldn’t be too sure that he also doesn’t have a house or at least some other assets he is hiding perhaps even in someone elses name. I am fairly certain that up til recently his father worked in the store. This guy has money somewhere. OUR MONEY”
Not this year rob, but some years there have been. We’re preparing for a possibility of less water down the road. And it maximizes the capacity of the sewer system.
