Indeed we did DIBS. But clearly a certain poster, when challenged to come up with her own original thought provoking question, could not. Rather she resorts to a lame joke teed up for the last 24 hours. She put the “ACK” in “HACK”! And now her Hubby has a HACK in the SACK.
We covered this topic yesterday and it remained on topic for about 80 posts. The Canadian pointed out that was likely a record for on topic posting in the modern world. The thread then rapidly deteriorated into discussion of other not-so-on-topic posts and I was awarded the STFU award; which is still mine as of this morning.
Rural Connecticut in a 1700s house with some stone walls surrounding a paddock, an old horse, a gaggle of geese and a Gloucester Old Spot in my orchard eating the windfall apples.

DIBS, unlike this thread that stayed ‘on topic’ for ONE post (thanks, bxgrl).
Ditto, can I move in with you and the Mrs?
I do want a pet goat.

In England they say semi-detached. I think its becuase they are pessimistic. On the other hand, Americans being optimistic, often use semi-attached.
It depends what you prefer, but…
Semi-attached is attached on one side.
Semi-detached is detached on one side.
BRG- definitely in brooklyn. And did you notice poley is back?
Shame on you for poking at the masses so early in the morning!
Serious question: When talking about a house, what is the difference between semi-attached and semi-detached? Or is there no difference?
