  1. I think I’m going to make scalloped potatoes myself.

    I have Monterey Jack and Jarlsberg in the house, I might mix them with a little parmaesan. Is that too weird? Or should I get off my butt and go get some Cheddar?

  2. Bake yams then. Much better for you than potatoes.

    I cut up yams as french fries, put in pan, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, cumin, red pepper and bake. When they’re soft, I put the oven on high, so they get cripsy like fries.
