I have to agree, snooki’s gonna look like one of those little Umpa Lumpas from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory if she gets any more orange.
Ooops, that’s southWESTERN Bed-Stuy–maybe 4 long blocks closer to Clinton Hill than DIBS (Marcy Ave., 4 blocks up from Fulton St.). We use amplified (plug-in) indoor antennas. I think they cost $30 and $40 (cheapest I saw them was at Walmart in CT). We do not have an unobstructed view–the broadest horizon is east, which is not where the stations broadcast. But if I move the antenna around, I can get 13. 7 is more difficult to get reliably. My daughter’s antenna, on the west side of the building but with a solid line of buildings across the street, gets much better reception.
Both of our tvs are old and need coverter boxes. The newer skinny flatscreen TVs don’t. I get great reception, but it’s not like an antenna, where you can get a fuzzy picture. Either you have a perfect picture or no picture.

The young un’s are laying in the flamethrowers and heavy artillery. Just laying low for October 2010 when the WAR begins! DIBS will be the first run out of the ghetto!
