DH, guess I didn’t check-in ALL my pride at the door today and it came out of hiding to defend me.
oh well, too late to worry about it now.
Damn M4L. If I told that to my boss, he would have cracked up and given me a high five lol. My bossman rocks.

That’s been my MO lately, too, m4l, and my boss asked one of my colleagues why I was “pissy” lately. Could it be that I’m doing 2-1/2 people’s jobs and was told I couldn’t take a vacation in April and again in October and that my boss is, shall we say, not so nice when she’s stressed out, which these days is 24/7/365? That’s why I didn’t even ask about taking this week off – just said I’m taking it.

freaking boss saw my self appraisal come thru his computer and told me “you aint that good” and I didn’t bite my tongue fast enough and responded with “well, you aint paying or treating me that well either so guess, we’re even”. He didn’t find it funny or OK but I walked out of his office before he could say anything.
