Dave, what are some good nabes in Philly to buy in? And you know me…I don’t wanna see “original detail.” I’m talking modern types. And do PHilly brokers tend to include floorplans in their listings, or is that a purely NYC requirement?
Rob, take the Q train to Cortelyou Road stop. get off….start walking….if you start seeing a bunch of pretty Victorian houses, you’re walking the wrong way….turn around and start walking…if you see more pretty Victorian houses, you’re still walking the wrong way…
*rob*, it’s only 2-3 blocks from the train, I think the Q and something else, but it’s Kens’ ‘hood so he’ll know as soon as he gets back from herding his goats.
DIBS–the entrance was off Panama street, by the corner of Camac. A strange quiet little oasis in center city. there was a wooden gate off of Panama street that led into Lantern square and maybe four houses in the little brick courtyard.
Dave, I’ll give them 85K, you think they’ll take it?
Rob and directions, kinda reminds me that in Texas and Michigan the blind can hunt.

Yes, now I know where it is. For some reason I was trying to place it on the south side of Pine.
This place is for sale….

One house east of the corner of Camac on the north side of Pine….always had that weird “storefront” look.
They are asking $789,000!!!!! I think they might be able to get $600,000…it has space but no real charm.
Kens!! Sycamore directions in Aisle 5!!
where is Sycamore and what subway station is it near?
