  1. Poor Snappy. I wished I lived in Bklyn cause I’d walk my old laptop right over to Snappy’s house cause it’s just not the same without her here.

Hari’s too bony for a decent kitty stew. When Pia eff’s up bad we’re in for a tasty kitty stew treat.

  2. Hey, Slopey! Dave wanted to know who recommended the book “Restoring A House In The City”, and I had thought it was you. But now that you mention it, I recall mopar saying that she’d been to the book party. But, mopar wasn’t at Bell Bottoms.

[Yes, Snappy billed the entire party to the “Brownstoner – Real Estate Acquisitions” matter, but don’t tell anyone, OK?]

  3. CGar, you rang?

CGar, I mentioned the book to some folks but haven’t actually looked through it myself yet, so I can’t quite say I recommend it. Mopar was at the book party and has good things to say about the book, I believe.

I’m waiting for cobble’s theory on the other cyber-identities of the rabid poster du jour.

By the way, did snappy manage to bury the party expenses as disbursements on some client’s bill? I’m not eating it in the year end distribution. And she’s got to find some two-legged associates. Those cats she hired are costing the firm money and productivity.

  4. From Snappy’s text (posted with her permission): “Here’s the full story. On Friday Hari decided he wanted to lay on the section of couch where my laptop was sitting. So, Mr. Destructo shoves it off the couch. At the time the power cord was plugged in and of course that is the side that hit the floor first. The power cord tip broke off inside the computer. Did I mention that the battery is dead and won’t work without the power cord? FURRY LITTLE BASTARD!!! So, in the freezing rain/sleet/snow on Saturday, I took my computer to Apple in Manhattan to see if they could pull out the broken off piece of power cord. Yes, they could. And they did. Only one problem. When the FURRY LITTLE BASTARD knocked the laptop off the couch and therefore breaking off the power cord tip, it destroyed the power input point. It has to be replaced. FOR $310!!! I refuse to invest that much in a 5 year old laptop. Sigh. So, I am computerless 🙁 WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH 🙁 ” She just added that everyone is free to join her for Kitty Stew.
