it’s something worn to “accessorize” rather than keep one’s neck warm, and is typically twice as much as a regular scarf, and contains half the fabric.
apparently the ‘trying to hard’ guys are confused today, as it’s a little too warm for a wool coat, so i see lots of blazers and man scarves in soho today.
