Aah, benson, so predictable: “Frankly now that GM and Chrysler are owned by the UAW and the Federal government, I hope that they get run into the ground”
And when they were owned by the “capitalists” previously, they did SOOOO well they needed us to bail them out to the tune of billions.
“I stick with my prediction that brooklyn brownstones bottom by the end of the year and this PIMCO prediction would be in support of that.

I’ve given up prognosticating on timing, my call is on pricing – and that it’ll get there when it gets there!

Note that after Muffie made her comment about the OT and “getting back to work”, she kept on posting in the election thread.
“I honestly don’t know how you all have the time to post on the OT all day – don’t you have jobs?”
Miss Muffett = BrooklynGreene
“He jokes that the second a black family heard a strange sound, they would get the f*ck out of there within 10 seconds.”
ROFL, Biff. I remember that routine.
“You’re right. I can definitely see Toyota and Honda giving Fiat a run for it’s money. I am strickly a Japanese car kinda guy (no homo).

It was a sad day when Soichiro Honda died – that guy had engine oil running through his veins and his passion showed through in his products.
“BH went to work, Expert, or you can be damn sure I’d be having breakfast in bed right now! ; )”
Cobble! You knock me out 🙂 I read what I missed of yesterday’s OT and you have gotten risque these days, you naughty girl! LOL
chicken…he’s saying that prices won’t bottom until the midddle of 2010. That’s only 8 months away. And that’s OVERALL prices.

TOL has been a volatile stock this year but if the market bottoms in 1H 2010, this stock is going to be back on a climb.
“Cobble, why don’t you get a Snuggie?”
It might be a little to tricky to scrub the toilet in a Snuggie, or I would.
