BHO, that might sound outrageous, but I’ve actually wondered what would happen if China were to call us on our debt and we couldn’t repay it. I wouldn’t put it past our foreign policymakers to come up with a reason to declare war. Although in reality, I think there is no chance of that with Bush/Cheney out of office and given the fact we would find it hard to survive without China, the fact China could destroy us just as fast as we destroy it, etc.
Yes, Wednesday or Thursday…Friday’s are for family. I had suggested Mrch 20 as Obama’s first 60 days…didn’t see it was a friday.
But a war with Iraq got us into one. Where’s the logic?
BHO–what is your reason for worrying about war with China?
I fear that a war with China is what will bring us out of this recession.
