Yes Rob, it’s essentially tomato sauce with cream and a little vodka. The alcohol is burned off in the cooking process though so don’t look for a buzz.
It’s darn tasty though!

im making pasta with vodka sauce tonight. i have never had vodka sauce before, but it was on sale at the supermarket yesterday, and decided to try it! it looks creamy-ish red.
is there actual vodka in it btw?
