Montrose, you should be flattered. He mentioned his login name but I am not sure if I should disclose it on here. He didn’t stick around so I am not sure how well off or how single he is (these days those things are not as obvious).
CarGar, I can testify that Bxgrl was home last night, with no borsalinos in sight. We were watching Project Runway, upstairs in her apartment on tv. Her cat Toffee tried to kill me because I was sewing a button on my jacket and he wanted to eat the thread, and I wouldn’t let him. I won, barely. Sadly, that is what passed for excitement on a Thursday night in Crown Heights.
I missed a demonic takeover? Nuts! I loved the Exorcist- I even know the exorcism technique now. Could have used the practice (before I use it on myself)

Ditto, way back when I lived in Toronto, a bunch of us went to Detroit to watch the Blue Jays play the Tigers. We all ended up drunk outside of a club at the end of a night and two big guys started fist fighting. I went in to break it up and my friends were horrified and were all yelling, “DON’T BE A HERO!!”. Fortunately, nobody got hurt, but I would definitely rethink stepping into something like that again.
Knocking on my door, eh? Next time I’ll be ready at the window with a bucket of ice water 🙂
