  1. Kens / Biff, correction on morning exchange. I mean Tenafly not Teaneck but doubt that makes a diff to you 2 city slickers. I just realize the error now as a buddy of mine there asked me to drop by to see him

  2. but! before i leave, dittoburg – sear the meat first then cook it for around 2 hours in liquid (wine/stock/or both). i think the searing is an essential part of the stew. then just throw in everything but the kitchen sink and cook it on simmer. 🙂
