Ooh, does a hot bath sounds good! I wish my tub was bigger than a foot bath! I miss my big old clawfoot tub, sigh. ENJOY!
Hmm, well, over the past few days I’ve made corn chowder, banana bread, an apple tart with puff pastry, a roast chicken with thyme/lemon, and i’m making an onion tart tomorrow, and cavetelli with sage, brown butter and italian hot sausage.
[I’m down about the job hunt, cooking is a quick fix, makes me feel useful and productive.]

I’m still very weak and gaspy with the whole breathing thing, but surviving nonetheless. On tap for tonight is a nice hot bath and a new James Patterson audiobook. I’m locking both kitties out of the bathroom while I soak so there may be a fight, but I shan’t concern myself with that whilst I luxuriate 🙂 Whatcha cookin’?
