ok, different reactions expected to this very cute kitten. rather than aaaaw, i was more of the giggle variety, esp towards the end when his face is mashed up against the big red ball. yup.
saw the neighbor outside with her kid and got permission for next year! by the time i could speak to her in person, the pears had pretty much all fell to the ground.
CG_ups, speaking of fruits, what did you decide to do regarding your neighbor’s fruit tree? did you do ninja route and sprung over wall to take the fruits?

“I’ll go ahead and field that one for the audience. Basically a lap dance in NYC means you don’t get to touch them (otherwise the guy in the corner who does steroids will come fuck you up) but they kind of dance around / up against you for 2 minutes. It’s kind of dumb when you really think about it, and in a lot of ways it’s just a way to waste twenty bucks really fast, but they do make enough contact with you to leave you smelling like stripper. In a way it’s kind of a question of who’s touching whom. But in any event there isn’t any touchy-touchy, it’s more just suggestive rubby-rubby, like a cat that rubs up against your leg but it’s a stripper.”
also i had a ramen noodles the other day for the first time since like college. now i remember why they were so popular. pretty tasty for 25c a pack. heheh.
ok. i had breakfast AND lunch in the cafeteria today. was too tired last night to prepare something healthy to bring in. forgot even my nice apple-pears (for some reason the market calls them asian pears) in the fridge at home. 🙁
To those who are continuing to engage in back room nastiness, plans for retribution, snide comments one way or the other, etc. are only serving to widen the ‘PLUSA rift’ and really makes you no better than those who initially engaged in the inappropriate behavior.
Can we all just get a grip, return our school uniforms, wipe the slate clean and go back to being semi-mature adults?
