My daughter just moved into a 2 bedroom in Greenwood Heights (not far from Ellis) for $1700/month. Moreover, while the building is old, her apartment is brand-spanking new. I mean everything: kitchen,bathroom, wiring,walls,etc. Lots of young people in the building.
Even better, she got the apartment through Rapid Realty, which charges the landlord the brokerage fee.
Did the categories for voting get posted again and I just missed them? Don’t make me scroll up.
