“DIBS and Biff, do you remember that in the days of the anonymous posting, half of the posts would be folks trying to stitich together identities”
benson, I totally remember that. It was brutal trying to follow conversations as one had to keep tracking back to figure out who was saying what. The vast majority of posters were anonymous and the “faded type guests” often got vicious. I was really happy when Mr. B went to mandatory logins so people could “take responsibility” / “ownership” for their comments. Sure people can use multiple logins, but most people here stick primarily to one main one and I think it’s made the blog much better. I also highly doubt we would have had the gatherings and friendships develop had we all been posting as “anonymous”. It would be odd to say, “Hey 3:05pm, check your email. Signed, 2:13am”.
Very true Arkady. Actually They’d get along great. She’s a huge Hannah Montana fan too. She’d be very jealous of the rainbow heart converse sneakers he bought.
“Married with Children” was the BEST sitcom ever! I don’t care what anyone says.
What was commenting on my house when it was HOTD in early 2007, months before I bought it.
Slopey – I was asking IJ if he didn’t think The What qualified as an early adopter.
Biff;
Agreed. Even the nastiest dust-up today is nothing compared to the vicious attacks back in those days.
CG_ups, I’m so depressing for my boy to say more stuff, I might just clap even if he spits out some f bombs

rkd, I sincerely doubt jester = what. I’d really be shocked if that was what singing his heart out, writhing on the floor and then some at Ellis.
did someone call my name?
