  1. Brighton, I don’t know if you want another CobbleSnaps Production right now! If left up to me, you all will be coming to a place within walking (or hobbling as it may be!) distance to my house! I’m feelin’ quite lazy and achy these days.

  2. I thought the clambake already happened. Anyways DIBS was saying last week that he wished he could make it to Brooklyn Inn and was into doing something this week. I’m not discriminating against you-know-whats or anything, just saying if people are interested, why the hell not, right?

  3. Hola Biffy 🙂 I havent’gone back to read yet, but my take on Serenagate:

    1. She did *NOT* foot fault. Period.

    2. The lineswoman should not have been calling for foot faults at that point in the match, so close to match point. It’s an unspoken thing that that is simply not done.

    3. Serena acted very very very badly. She had no right to curse that woman out and threaten to shove the ball down her throat. She became slightly less attractive to me when she did that. Outer beauty never excuses inner ugliness.

    4. Serena was sadly about to lose that match regardless of the point penalty for code violations. She was letting Clijsters run her all over the court.

    5. Clijsters played a great game and sadly it is now overshadowed by Serenagate. That’s not fair to her and how well she executed her game.

    6. Serena should be fined for her actions, but I don’t think she should be banned from the tour. That’s too extreme. Also, the TA will only be hurting themselves as she *is* women’s tennis these days. She is what makes the tickets sell. Let’s face it, people aren’t coming out in droves to see the likes of Wozniacki (no disrespect to her, but really now).
