I kind of think you’re right but there has been a bunch of very controversial topics recently and not that much real estate porn so maybe that’s why. I mean, if you look over at the forum threads, people are still asking and giving great advice.

I found a couple of great guys to put in bid to redo our building lobby and most likely we found the one that we’re going to hire. Herki, I call Martin as per your recommendation but he came down, took measurements and disappeared and never put in a bid. what gives?

My rant of the day:

I’m sure Mr. B has noticed that there are 300 some comments in the OT today, 3 for the COTD and less than 20 for the HOTD.

Even a thread about Park Slope garnered less than 30 comments.

This website has become nothing but a jerk off session for a bunch of people who should be talking over gmail chat.

No offense, but I’m sure Mr. B ain’t pleased.

I could contribute more I suppose and not be a hypocrite, but the posts seem less and less interesting and the commentary is so sparse that it’s like talking to oneself on half the threads.

Any suggestions or are you all fine to take this website down the tubes?
