By the way, bitter, DH, Pork Slap (the real one) and I met for very last minute drinks last week at Trout. That and Pacifico next door would be an excellent place to hang out for a modest sized gathering. Great outdoor space and very jovial environment. AND…they serve cans of Pork Slap beer.

Dave, I had a yummy lobster ravioli in Newport over the weekend and some really good rare tuna steak salad on Block Island.
BTW, if you never made it out to Block Island, definitely worth a day trip.
Just noticed that The Brooklyn Inn is stumbling distance to Brooklyn Heights. I am so there! Just say when and I’ll save the date.
