If he is happy living there and enjoys his home, despite any decreases in property values, why do people care so much? So, he’s living in the ghetto. And? So his house isn’t worth as much as he paid for it. And? So he ‘got lucky thru the Mutant Asset Bubble.’ And? I fail to see how that affects anyone else on this board. He’s happy with it. Why is it so impossible that a buyer outside of Park Slope or Brooklyn Heights can be happy?

Sorry I have been MIA, been super busy. I’ve got my closing, then moving and then flying down south to visit my husband’s family – a town with 800 people in it all this week!!!
