all I can say is, after this last “reno experience”, I definitely don’t dream about rundown old places anymore. my next place is gonna either be COMPLETELY rehabbed before I move in or, better yet, a brand new high quality super modern penthouse loft type apartment. oh but before I get carried away I’ll never have any money ever again because the current house eats up every dime so I’ll just keep dreaming… drinking is my only solace. Der Schwarze Kölne anyone? Heather’s in!

DIBS, that house’s location is not most ideal. busy traffic on lafayette and vanderbilt, bus stop on both sides, flea crowd on Sat’s,… house is great though. I haven’t seen the sisters (who own it) for a long time already
Oh, the yellow Vanderbilt house. Yeah, that’s nice too. I actually saw a guy going into it yesterday, which is the first time I’ve ever seen anyone going in or out. And I heard dogs barking.
