Dave, Little Mary was awful, though the actress, Virginia Weidler, was quite good as Katharine Hepburn’s younger sister, Dinah Lord, in another favorite movie, “The Philadelphia Story”.

BTW, my college roommate who loves the movie (a member of the Team) is the one I told you about who lives in Philly. I’m sure his house is not far from yours, but I can’t remember the street offhand because he’s bought and sold a couple of houses in Center City.

ROTFL…the swastika line!!!!! Yes, I remember and the “jungke red” line is probably the best one in the movie.

I remember once seeing it in the theatre in “gaytown” in Chicago….everyone, myself included, knew all the lines and whenever Little mary came on the whole audience hisssed.

ROFL, dave! I could go line for line with you (as can one of my college roommates), even the most obscure ones!

“One of the advantages of being single is you get to spread out in bed like a swastika”. (It was 1938, so this line still passed muster, somewhat.)
