Lots of strip bars down the road in WanChai!!!
The gay bar that I used to hang out in Kowloon back in the nineties, The Waltzing Matilda, was a notorious triad hangout in the back portion. It had a great selection of draft beer and was cheap. the rear section had an entrance from the back and was not particularly noticeable from the front of the bar.
Lots of loud drinking games and really hot guys in wifebeaters.
I figure that the up-side to all this is that if I wind up with a hangover, it won’t matter…I’ve got nowhere to be tomorrow so perhaps I’ll go ahead and tie one on!
Oh Snappy, I’m so very sorry. That happened to me at my last job at the big bank. It’s brutal. Ok, all the more reason to have a drink this evening. [As if we need more reasons?]
