shipping the chronically poor and homeless out of the city has ruined many communities in the united states. large cities can handle a large amount of poor people. it has the infrastructure and means to do so. so many upper/middle/working class suburbs have become slums now due to the high cost of inner city living. so lets have All poor people now live in areas where public transportation cant support the amount, neighborhoods with a tiny police force now have to deal with gangs and drugs? there is a difference between helping people and just dumping your “problems|” on other communities. it’s so pathetic that we emulating europe more and more each day.
