Our second slept like a rock star for the first 3 months, then, poof! It was all gone, baby gone. Sigh. I was just thinking this morning, after being up at 2am and again at 4am how much I needed a vacation just for sleep. Nothing romantic, no need for fabulous wines and food. Just a really. Nice. Mattress. And 24/7 grandparents in a second bungalow.
Don’t worry wasder. The chances of me going to a strip club tonight are practically nil. Now if you see a charge on there for $3,500 worth of white truffles, that’s another story.
Ah yes. Honey… THAT is a little not for profit group started by my friend’s daughter… she’s 15, and a dancer at school, and she noticed… Ah…. that the MOVIE Flashdance still had this, well, this huge following of devotees amongst tweens today. So, ah, she thought it would be fun to start an after school dancing program for kids at risk… and the $2,300 charge you see is seed money…
Noklissa–Baby is doing great. Totally mellow one. DOn’t know if it is her natural disposition or our greater ease as parents but she hardly cries and sleeps a lot so we are very happy with her.
