Have to disagree with you again Dave, numbers declining at a slower rate is not contrary evidence to recovery but neither is it proof positive that recovery is around the corner.
At some point, the rebasing effect will mean that the year-on-year declines become positives but does not mean things are rosy again. You have to get back to at least the level of where things weren’t bad to begin with.
