I don’t like beer, either. I never understood how it could be such a thirst quencher in summer heat. But hey, whatever. When I was in college, I had a summer job at an Elizabethan dinner theatre. We made meade every night for the patrons. You can ferment just about anything, and I think people have tried just about everything, over the centuries.
I definitely don’t do tequila. I really can’t take any hard liquor anymore…gave that up a long time ago. None of it really tastes good…you just drink that stuff to get drunk and that’s no longer my goal…I’ve aged, dear friends, I’ve aged quickly!

DH, I like Patron Silver :o(. I don’t have any hangovers or headaches after that one.
I don’t like Beer either. Now if we’re talking Vodka, that’s a different story :o).

I drink most clear liquors (enthusiastically) but can’t do dark liquors – whisky, brandy, rum etc. I get v.messy v.fast on them.
genini, nothing wrong with any of those wines. It’s the White Zinfandel that’s real crap. I drink rose’s all summer long.
