Question, How much (percentage wise) do you think the value of a co-op goes up if they have a small backyard garden/playground with bbq grill and a couple of benches? Does that increase the value of the building and apartment by say 5-10% in general?
Do people with kids see that as a necessity if they’re not close enough to a playground or a park?
I need to ask everyone here a question- Why was Dave allowed to use the “N word” without any repercussions from the Brownstoner readers???????!!!!

wasder…if you like Caesar salads with a heavy anchovy taste, pick up some Geo Watkins Anchovy Sauce. I love that stuff. Almost impossible to find here in the US.
