YOU have GOT to write a stern letter about today’s incident while also reminding her of the other instances where you had asked her to leash them.
You also have GOT to CC in the Building management.
Send them certified mail return receipt requested.
You can’t be nice about this anymore. You really need to protect your dog.
rob, you need to take more decisive action against her. She sounds like a real asshole. But you’re right, the minute your dog attacks back she’ll be calling the police and you will likely lose your dog.
You need to start making life miserable for this asshole.

no dave. that’s Olestra the one that supposedly causes anal leakage. it used to be used in chips like Wow (the dorito and lays brands). i dont think they use Olestra anymore.
oh i totally forgot to mention it this morning. but you know the dog incident in my building? the chick who lets her dogs run wild in the hall? well yesterday my dog WAS attacked. i KNEW it would eventually happen (im psychic like that). luckily i was able to pull me dog back inside, unfortunately stepping on the paddy of my roommates dog (she’s okay tho) and nearly slammed my finger in the door! her little dogs are FEARLESS, it was ridiculous! and all she said was “sorrrrrry rob” :-/
then i was out for a bit later and she crossed the street when she saw me walking toward her :-/
i didnt even bother telling my roommate. i feel like this woman just doesnt give a crap. im waiting to see if she starts leashing her dog now…

Yes, and other brands of chips as well…and since you all are wondering, I never experienced any anal leakage.
Yeah I have no theories on the WHAT besides one that it was interesting that he was answering a thread from cornerbodega at 1:50 AM on a saturday morning like 3 minutes after corner posted it. I figured he must be getting an email alert or something and therefore employed by Mr. B.
