  1. dh…it takes longer than you think or they’re still pink inside…a good 30 minutes in the sauce after they’ve been browned first. Oftentimes 30 mins isn’t even enough.

    Not a fan of pink sausage. The darker the better.

  2. Dibs, it’s Lionshead. And the bartender just gave me one on the house for being done with teaching, so I’ve got two pints out here now.

    ENY: I wouldn’t say my family’s backyard is quite the Amalfi coast, but I’m sure my mother would be happy to know that someone made the comparison! If, God forbid, that house ever has to be sold, we’re going to include that line in the broker’s description…
