I think you’re overlooking one of the clues:

Yes true, and I thought of that – but I’m trying to figure out who Benson thinks this is. And he seems to think it’s a regular – female – that’s MIA.
cobblehiller, I’ll scout out the street one night and see what looks good, unless someone knows of another place that could squeeze us all in, preferably in one of the more discussed, convenient and desirable areas we talk about here (i.e., NOT Bay Ridge).
But DIBS Snark doesn’t really ‘do’ long entries, and avoid conflicts as far as I can tell.
And I don’t recall any ‘hostilities’ between SnarkSlope and … well … anyone really! Whereas I think i-disagree had some dust ups with Miss Muffett, no?
