  1. DeLepp, I was waiting to see you here to mention our pub crawl on Saturday night since you expressed interest. Looks like it’s DH, wasder, sixyears and me so far. If you want to join us, email me.

sixyears, I replied to your email. I know you can’t check during the day. Let me know if you want to meet us at the start and we’ll wait for you there before moving on to the next place.

  2. Thanks sixyears, Been to Pomme Frites and correct, it’s yummy but I try to stay relatively health these days (Need to keep my girlie figure and all).

L&B = yummmmm. I might just hit it up tomorrow after work before the AC trip.

Good luck with dealing with the parents. I don’t know how you do it man! I would go postal on these damn kids after my first week there.

  3. Kens, here are some suggestions on LES:
    TAPEO 029
    29 Clinton Street
    Great for tapa

    Rayeula
165 allen street new york city
    (b/t rivington & stanton)
    tapa or dinner

    Yerba Buena
    23 Avenue A
    (Second Street)
    for dinner

  4. Kensingtonian, when you’re plastered drunk and need some awesomely unhealthy food to fill your stomach at 1 AM, go to Pomme Frites at 2nd Ave and (I think) 6th or 7th and get some fries with Irish curry sauce. Their pomegranate teriyaki sauce is also good.

In one of life’s small joys, a colleague has agreed to drive to L&B Spumoni Gardens and pick up some pizzas for lunch!

Then we’ll have parent-teacher conferences, one of the most thoroughly depressing rituals of public education.

  5. Hey Kens – If you can get a seat at Barrio Chino definitely go there. It’s amazing. It tends to fill up around 7 (it’s very tiny)

Les Enfantes Terribles is good french food on Canal and Ludlow right around the corner. They have outdoor seating.
