  1. no one is going to read so im talking to farts, but someone mentioned nj v. nyc taxes, well i lived in the projects in jersey and got a GREAT education (shut up) in public school, urban area.. taxes are high cuz they spent alot on us. sports, art, after school programs, finding jobs for senoirs who did not want to go to college, keeping the kick ass teachers around we all had respect for, funded project graduation where we all went out after graduation for free, good lunch program, peer group meetings, etc. that is where your tax dollars go. on facebook now 75 percent of my graduating hs class is successful.

  2. Slopefarm, good to know about Beacon. Very interesting. Do you know anyone who lives there?

Also, funny you should mention Peekskill. I am in fact attracted to it.

Did anyone see Sally Singer on The Selby today? Oh I love her. She lives in the Chelsea Hotel and has three children. (And from the look of it the three children share one room. What do you think of that!?)

  3. I am off to thirsty thursday.

M4L I’ve been trying. It’s hard to find an 85 year old with loads of money to leave to me who will croak very soon.

  4. Benson, mortgage interest deduction is little to no value when the freaking NYC income tax pushing you into AMT hell. That’s why I paid off the freaking mortgage early.
