Like a poetry slam but for stories. Also, in publishing they refer to “platform” – like the base of readers someone will bring. the blurb on your memoir would mention you come from the b’stoner community. at least that’s how i’d spin it as an agent.
Well, I’ve had an interesting day. In the morning, I arranged to have my mortgage refinanced, and was looking forward to some extra money coming in.
Then, 2 minutes ago my boss called me in, and announced that we’re all taking a 10% pay cut. Oh well. Easy come, easy go. I’m thankful I still am in a pretty good situation compared to alot of folks.
