i have issues with adding the word porn to real estate and floorplan porn, etc. it really annoys me on so many levels. one i love real porn and two the use of the word porn in the context of that makes no actual sense. but then again people seem to treat brownstones and decrepit rowhouses (aka mini tenements) as if they are gold toofs.
I like those COTD & HOTD. those are the ones that won’t get the deep pockets’ attention and are prime target for a massive low ball offer.
although it’s not my 1st choice but Jersey City prices crapping hard recently has it pretty attractive alternative to BK. saving on the NYC income tax is super attractive too.

HA! I JUST received the same exact e-mail! What garbage. Who really believes age is irrelevant?
DIBS I was just going to comment the same thing about COTD and HOTD. you made that point a couple of days ago and I noticed it recently as well. I am guessing the inventory is really that low and people are not selling truly nice apartments and houses. They are just sitting on their hands and waiting or settling in them for now till the market picks up.
