For at least a couple years now, a bar has been in the works on Carroll Street between Bond and Nevins—that puts it very close to the banks of the canal, and across the street from the Yard, the seasonal al fresco venue—but now it’s actually opening soon. The business, 383 Bar & Grill, is in a former stable, and its owners say they’re hoping to open within the next month or so. As shown in the pics above, it’s still a work in progress, but a TBD menu will be involved, and there will be an outdoor patio. GMAP
great news for boerum hill/gowanus area isn’t the YARD dead? are they doing anything this summer after last years summary and illegal eviction of the operator?
