This morning we woke up to the news that David Bowie passed away after an 18-month battle with cancer. The iconic, groundbreaking artist just released a new record, Blackstar, last week, and in December, Williamsburg’s Nitehawk Cinemas hosted a screening of the album’s title track and an accompanying short film.
