Artist and designer Nancy Nowacek is on a mission to connect Red Hook to Governors Island for one day annually, via a pedestrian bridge known as Citizen Bridge. Along with a team of volunteers, Nowacek has launched a Kickstarter campaign to make the four-years-in-the-making project a reality. Check it out, below.
