  1. on what basis there should be an investigation? on the basis of the two Hardy’s falsely claiming ownership to a building. The courts already tossed their case out; why do we now need another investigation and waste the public’s money. All the Hardy’s are doing is causing troubles for the developer so they get paid off.

A building in this location is much better off than an empty and deserted huge lot and the slave theater. At this time, we don’t know what the developer is building; our councillor’s time is better spent negotiating with the developer to include some affordable units rather than delaying the development and pissing off the developer. We need to keep in mind that this developer doesn’t owe us anything and he is almost free to build anything on this property lot as long as he is within the zoning rights.

  2. The Slave Theater – the Hardys are trying to pull a complete scam here. It would be unfortunate if Council Carnegy gets dragged in this; the court has ruled against them already and now they are trying to play on people’s emotions to put a stop to a development that is much needed in this community…all for their own personal gain. Sick of seeing these scammers even getting one minute of our politician’s time, that could better spent on dealing with improving schools, lowering crime rates etc…
