Wondering what experiences people have had with appraisals when purchasing/selling.
I had one done for a line-of-credit loan – and
value didn’t matter much – but came in couple hundred thousand less than anything comparible on market.
Amount was almost exactly what I told bank – as Ifigured give them very conservative figure and didn’t expect a real appraisor to come over and wasn’t looking for much money in line-of-credit.
